Terms & safety

cari.kosmanager.id shows free rooms listed by kos owners who use the Kos Manager app. We are not an agent, we take no rent, and we are not party to your agreement with an owner.

Who lists

Each house is listed by its owner from the Kos Manager app. Availability updates from the owner's records; photos, prices and descriptions are the owner's responsibility.

Staying safe

See the room in person or on a video call before paying. Do not transfer a deposit to an account in someone else's name without clear proof. Ask for a receipt or a written contract. Be wary of prices far below the market and pressure to pay at once.

Your account

Your account lets you see house details, save houses and keep a list of houses you contacted. You can delete it at any time from the Account page.

Reporting a house

If a house looks suspicious, its details are wrong or the room is gone, use Report this house on its page. We review every report and may remove a house from the directory.
